REGULATION ON HEALTH AND SAFETY CONDITIONS IN THE USE OF WORK EQUIPMENT
ARTICLE 7 – (1) The following points shall be complied with regarding the control of work equipment used in the workplace.
a) In cases where the safety of work equipment depends on the conditions of installation and assembly, the equipment shall be checked by persons authorised to carry out periodic checks after the installation of the equipment and before it is used for the first time and at each change of location, and a document showing that it is installed correctly and operates safely shall be issued.
